About the Job:
Dera Foundation is seeking an Intern/Volunteer. S/he will work in the finance department of a bank/microfinance company. S/he will work on a project based on a sustainable development strategy, dedicated to support mainly rural communities and women in developing their potential.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create awareness about a sustainable development possibility;
- Perform training sessions about business management;
- Teach people on how to open small businesses, invest credits, and stimulate income;
- Provide easy access to credit;
- Train people on how to make some savings;
- Inspire women to be economically independent, promote their talents (i.e. craft making skills), and sell their products.
Qualifications:
- Economical background;
- Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of English;
- Business management skills;
- Ability to read and write.
