The Business Development Officer (BDO) position seeks to provide the opportunity for the volunteer to share relevant business development and empowering skills to staff of the Talensi-Nabdam District Assembly and other relevant stakeholders to be responsive to the livelihoods needs and aspirations of marginalised and disadvantaged people, groups and organisations.

The volunteer should have a Degree in a relevant area with experiences in any of the following areas: rural livelihoods, natural resource management, small enterprise or market development. The volunteer should have experience in livelihoods work and strategy design, and an understanding of vulnerability.
