Description :
Ghana Institute of Consulting now wishes to recruit a Master Trainer. This is a senior role for an experienced individual who will have responsibility for planning and developing training projects, delivering training excellence for local and international clients, as well as for coordinating other trainers on a full- time basis
Job Requirements
- Post graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, IT or other advanced professional discipline from a recognized University
- At least 5 years experience in best consultancy practice in a reputable firm
- Eight to Ten years adult education and training experience
- Dynamic leadership, marketing flair, presentation skills and analytical ability
- Willing and free to work to long but interesting hours, within a busy team
- International experience is welcome, although we seek candidates that are currently-resident in Ghana and readily available to start work
