Job Description
Job Description : Key aspects of the role are assisting the Factory Manager with the following:
•Directing and managing people, product, processes, paperwork and equipment
•Ensuring best manufacturing practices are maintained and Continuously improved
•Management of all the technical aspects of the role including H&S, HACCP and traceability
•Routinely reviewing policies and procedures, thus ensuring new legislation and codes of practice are implemented
•Liaison with Enforcement Officers and customers representatives to ensure HACCP, Quality Management, Factory Environment Standards together with Product and Process Control are implemented and maintained.
• Person skills/Qualification
•Excellent communication and people skills
•2-3 years experience in a similar position
•Working experience with a food manufacturing company is a plus
•A track record in achieving and maintaining KPI's within a production environment
•Dynamic individual with the confidence and ability to drive production forward and achieve deadlines 100% of the time.
