Job Description :
 •Maintain the professional financial standards of the hotel by managing end-of-day reports •Ensuring accuracy, and reporting anomalies
 •Providing night-hour assistance of Guests and Guest services to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out
•Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
•Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required
 •Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the Night Team’s training and development efforts
 •Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
 •Edit all reports to ensure accuracy and full completion . Also investigate any anomalies found between daily reports and takings

Required Skills or Experience

JobType : Full Time

Experience Required  :
 • Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification in accounting
 • 2-5 years working experience in a similar role
• Previous experience of working in a hotel Finance Department
 • Previous experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets
 • Positive
